Sasso is a family run Italian restaurant in the heart of Kingsclere established in 1984.

We pride ourselves on not only our fantastic service, offering traditional Italian food with a modern flavour filled twist but with the genuine quality of our freshly cooked seasonal meals. The restaurant owner, Domingo, travels with the chef twice every week to London to visit the markets to get the best hand-picked quality fish and meat for our fantastic Italian meals. Our menu changes on a regular basis and we offer unique special menus to tie in with what is fresh and in season at the time.

Not only is our food fresh, but we will also cook some of it in front of your very eyes. Expect Crepe Suzettes and Zabaione to be cooked at your table and if you want that special wow factor make sure you try our unique spit roasted duck.

Sasso's has its very own car park and also an entrance from the main car park in Kingsclere which is free to use. We welcome children and families and will happily accommodate any disabilities or special requirements however we ask you to contact us in advance to make us aware.

Wehave recently opened our private function room for up to 14 guests. This discreet area of our restaurant is perfect for private parties or even business meetings at no extra cost - why not bring some balloons and decorate the area for a surprise birthday meal, or if you're a business you could hold your lunch meetings there for as long as you like. We really will cater for every need, simply contact us for more information.

Sasso is open from Monday to Saturday,lunch is served  from 12noon to 2pm and dinner from 6.30pm to 10pm. We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays but we accept bookings on Mothers day and Fathers day, or we will consider opening for parties of 20 or more.
